Selena Gomez announced at the end of August that she was cancelling the rest of her Revival tour as she takes time to focus on managing “anxiety, panic attacks and depression.”

And on Wednesday, Us Weekly reported that Sel is getting treatment at a rehab facility just outside of Nashville, Tennessee.

“She can go to a very dark place,” a pal close to the star told the mag. “This break is to focus on her mental health.”

Sel suffers from lupus, and was also in rehab back in 2014 when she was first diagnosed with the autoimmune disease.

She’s even reportedly stopped working on any new music, with an insider explaining: “She was supposed to be recording, but she hasn’t told anyone when she’ll be back in studio.”

Sel announced at the end of August that she was taking some time off

In a statement issued to People on August 30, Selena said: “I’ve discovered that anxiety, panic attacks and depression can be side effects of lupus, which can present their own challenges.”

“I want to be proactive and focus on maintaining my health and happiness and have decided that the best way forward is to take some time off. I need to face this head on to ensure I am doing everything possible to be my best.”

Hope you get better soon, Sel!
