Amber Heard‘s camp have reportedly called the police claiming that Johnny Depp‘s team is taking items from their Los Angeles home – violating the restraining order she has against him.

The situation is still unfolding, but TMZ have revealed that officers are at the scene, after a report of a possible violation of a court order, which ordered Johnny to stay 100 yards away from the actress and her home. Sources close to the former couple have said that Johnny is not at the premises, but his people are taking things off the walls and moving furniture out of the home.

Part of the restraining order includes a “move-out order,” which means that until Friday’s court hearing, Johnny is allowed to take any personal items he needs.

Although Amber’s team are accusing Johnny of ‘going too far,’ claiming he doesn’t need to get his things right now because he’s currently in the Bahamas – sources close to Johnny have confirmed they are taking “personal items” because it’s within the restraints of what the order allows.

Meanwhile, a pal close to Amber reckons that Johnny won’t testify in his and Amber’s upcoming court case on Friday, in fear that he will say something incriminating. They also doubt that Johnny will submit a written declaration denying his alleged violence, which means Amber could get a permanent restraining order against the actor! YIKES!
