Amber Heard might be in the process of divorcing Johnny Depp, claiming he violently abused her throughout their relationship – but it’s now emerged that she was once on the other side of the tennis court.

According to TMZ, Amber was arrested back in 2009 for domestic violence, after allegedly hitting her then-girlfriend Tasya van Ree at an airport.

The website claims the couple were having a barney at Seattle-Tacoma International on September 14, 2009, when Amber grabbed and hit Tasya in the arm.

Needless to say, Tasya was upset, and Amber ended up being taken into custody and charged for domestic violence.

She appeared in court the next day, but because both women lived out of state, she was let go with a warning.

The report comes a day after Amber had a four-hour meeting with famed feminist lawyer Gloria Allred, who also represented several women in the Bill Cosby case.

For Johnny’s part, he still hasn’t directly addressed any of the accusations made by Amber, although his rep released a statement shortly after she filed for divorce.

“Given the brevity of this marriage and the most recent and tragic loss of his mother, Johnny will not respond to any of the salacious false stories, gossip, misinformation and lies about his personal life,” his rep told E! News. “Hopefully the dissolution of this short marriage will be resolved quickly.”

It’s not looking that way so far!
