Anyone who watches Keeping Up with the Kardashians knows that Kourtney Kardashian has her kids on a gluten and dairy-free diet – and now she’s revealed exactly what she feeds Mason, Penelope and Reign.

In a post on her app on Monday, Kourtney revealed that her family had muscle testing done, which showed they all have sensitivities to corn, gluten and dairy.

Kourt reveals the easiest meal of the day is breakfast, which is usually waffles made from an organic mix, along with scrambled eggs or cereal – with homemade almond, organic coconut or organic rice milk of course.

“For lunch, we usually have carrots and celery with hummus and a gluten-free rice tortilla with sliced turkey meat or turkey dogs — no bun,”she wrote. “Penelope and I love salads, so we usually eat a big yummy one for lunch.”

Dinner is usually rice or gluten-free pasta, steamed vegetables and a protein such as chicken, turkey or fish. SAH HEALTHY!

But Kourt admits that it’s all about finding the right balance…

“Of course, we pick our battles and I do let the kids have popcorn at the movies and a churro at Disneyland, etc.,” she explained.

“But for birthday parties, which can sometimes be every weekend, I bring extra gluten and dairy-free cupcakes … and they are happy with that.”

“When we were just in Italy, we all had pizza one night. But for the rest of the trip, I found that almost every restaurant had gluten-freepastas and gluten-free bread,” Kardashian shared. “We also had ice cream one evening, but almost every other night, we had lemon sorbet for dessert.”

Here are some of the foods Kourt feeds her tribe…
