Uh oh… there’s khaos in Kimye land!

We recently learned that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are considering legal action against their former bodyguard, Steve Stanulis, who opened up to the press about his experiences working for them.

Sources tell us that the power couple have slapped their former blabbermouth bodyguard with a $30 million lawsuit! So, where did this magic number come from? Apparently, Steve signed a confidentiality agreement promising never to breathe a word about Kim, Kanye or the entire Kardashian klan. Steve is automatically on the hook for $10 million if he opens his mouth—and Kimye believe he did at least 3 interviews.

Looks like someone’s in breach —of his non-disclosure agreement— for blabbing!

A spokesperson for Kimye told ET in a statement: “The West Family will no longer tolerate the spreading and selling of fake stories in an desperate, transparent and shameless attempt for publicity at their expense. This sad, parasitic maniac has violated every basic human tenet of decency with his story of lies. As such, the Wests will explore all legal means at their disposal to silence this nonsense.”

Steve, a former Staten Island police officer, has said that Kanye fired him after he spoke to his wife about the hold-up to get to the Met Gala. “I had no intention on hitting on Kim Kardashian,” Sanulis told the Daily Mail. I am happily married. I got enough problems in the world and three young kids, so that was not my intent.”

A source told ET that the bodyguard — who is also an aspiring actor— was never fired nor was he hired as a full-time employee.

This isn’t the first time Kim and Kanye have had their brush with blabbermouths. YouTube founder Chad Hurley managed to sneak his way into AT&T Park in SF and videotaped Kanye’s marriage proposal to broadcast. Chad signed a confidentiality agreement and ended up paying $440,000.

Don’t kross the Kardashians!
