Kesha was a broken woman after losing the court battle in February in which she appealed to get out of her contract with Sony – because of alleged sexual and verbal assault from her music producer Dr. Luke.

Earlier this week , she’d been offered a way out her recording contract – if she apologised to Dr.Luke, and publicly took back the allegations she made against him. Um, what!?

But everything came tumbling down on Wednesday, when a New York state judge decided to dismiss the case against Sony altogether, saying that Kesha’s claims were “unsubstantiated.” According to TMZ, the judge found Kesha to be “unreasonable” for not having accepted their offer to work with other producers. Yikes!

As for the allegations that she was the “victim of a hate crime” because of Dr. Luke’s actions? The state judge responded to that by saying:

“Although [Luke’s] alleged actions were directed to Kesha, who is female, [her claims] do not allege that [Luke] harbored animus toward women or was motivated by gender animus when he allegedly behaved violently toward Kesha… Every rape is not a gender-motivated hate crime.” SAY THAT AGAIN!!??

Although this case was rejected, Kesha has another lawsuit filed against Dr. Luke in Los Angeles.

Stay strong Kesha!
