Yves Minten, owner of Team One Fitness in Sydney, says high-intensity interval training (HIIT) – which involves intense bursts of anaerobic exercise interspersed with less-intense recovery periods – is the key to getting a toned tum like Brit’s.

“Make sure your workout covers the whole sixpack zone – upper and middle abs, obliques and lower abs,” advises the fitness guru, adding that the best exercises to achieve this are crunches, bicycles, straight leg raises, normal and side planks, and V-ups. “Incorporate these core exercises three to five times per week.”
