Cameron Diaz has inspired women all over the world, by making it clear that we shouldn’t be afraid of aging – and banning the Botox! After sharing a make-up free selfie on Instagram yesterday to promote her new publication The Longevity Book – it’s made us love Cam that much more.

Despite the 43-year-old star not being on our screens since 2014, it’s obviously because she is focusing on her new role as an inspirational wonder woman – and she’s killing it!

“I feel like aging has gotten a bad rap. That’s why I wanted to write this book so that we could understand what aging really is…..So that we can all empower ourselves in our own quests to live well, and for a long time.” The book is a follow up to her 2013 publication, The Body Book.

On her blog, she writes: “Learning that you can age well, will actually help you to age better. If you understand how your body works then you can take action to help keep it in the best possible condition so it can carry you through a long and beautiful life.”

Cam’s been vocal about her opposition to surgery, telling Access Hollywood: “The word ‘anti-aging’ or ‘reverse aging’ is just, it makes me crazy every time I see it. It really does. There’s no such thing as anti-aging. We’re all aging, period. There’s no stopping that.” Amen!

Surprisingly though, she says she’s considered using fillers and Botox – but not for anti-aging purposes.

“Sometimes I just want to Botox my entire face because I’m really tired…with acting, my face hurts at the end of like a movie… And I’m just like, please stop it for one second! But then I’m like, no, that would be really weird.”

You go girl!
