They may be two peas in a reality show pod, but Kendall and Kylie Jenner couldn’t be more different!

Nope, the eldest of the stunners, Kendall, has taken her long, lithe frame to modelling fame, while her little sister has embraced the voluptuous curves!

But it’s not just genetics behind their contrasting curves – they give their bods a little diet encouragement. Here’s how!

“As I’ve gotten older, I’ve gained 15 pounds [6.8kg] and my body has changed – I’ve definitely filled out,” says Kylie. “I swear there are things you can do to work on problem areas without having to think about plastic surgery.”

And accredited dietitian Melanie McGrice agrees, suggesting an increased intake of “good fats” to gain a curvy figure like Ky, 18. “Avaocado, nuts and olive oil are all good choices,” Mel tells us.

“Be generous with our severings of these healthy fats.”
