We’ve all known it for years, and now it’s official – according to US People, Jennifer Aniston is the Word’s Most Beautiful Woman!

But the fact that she topped the magazine’s 2016 list 12 years after first receiving the accolade is no stroke of luck – Jen’s longevity is all down to healthy living.

“It’s funny, it’s a really quick transition from not a care and now all of a sudden, we’ve got to really be mindful of what we put inside our bodies,” Jen says. “And how we sleep and take care of ourselves. You can get away with a lot in your 20s.”

Yep, forget surgery – Jen’s all about lifestyle and diet!

How does she do it?

To maintain that youthful look, the 47-year-old sticks to a diet packed with nutritious, antioxidant-rich foods and loads of healthy fats. Or, as the star herself puts it herself, “Don’t eat crap.” Righto!

Why does it work?

Antioxidants are the ultimate anti-ageing ammo, as they fight cell damage, which can wreak havoc on your youthful looks.

What’s more, good fats are like a dose of happiness for your skin, while fresh vegies provide zinc, selenium, vitamin C, and beta carotene – the building blocks of wrinkle-busting collagen.

What’s in and out?

To get your healthy fats, dish up meals rich in flaxseeds, oily fish like salmon and avocado. Meanwhile, cut down on salt, sugar and caffeine, all of which can up cellulite production, dehydrate you and boost the signs of ageing.
