Think life on Australia’s Next Top Model is one big slumber party? Think again…

Everybody knows about the tears, tantrums and gossip that go on in the Australia’s Next Top Model mansion, but what we often don’t get to see is the training and discipline that goes on behind the scenes! Yep, looking this good takes plenty of sweat! And as the final six hopefuls jostle for the crown, the girls’ commitment levels are at an all-time high. It’s something that ANTM host Jennifer Hawkins has tried to instil in all of them. “I do two sessions of Pilates a week, so my triceps at the moment feel like they’re going to come off the bone,” she says. “I go hard. I’m always like, ‘I want another set.’”

And it’s that same level of commitment that will separate the winner from the wannabes, according to Jennifer. “Aesthetically, they’re all beautiful, so you can’t put it on that,” says the former Miss Universe, 32, adding that a top model needs to be as strong mentally as she is physically. “I love a girl who is driven. I want to help and comfort them, but I also want to say, ‘Look, you need to get up and keep fighting or you won’t make it in this industry.’” Here, we dig deep to find out how the final six stay  in shape – and for the record, none of them #wokeuplikethis…
